About M.A. Clinical Psychology

The M.A. Clinical Psychology programme is the new professional pathway replacing the traditional M.Phil in Clinical Psychology for licensure by the Rehabilitation Council of India.

With the growing demand for specialized mental health rehabilitation services, this programme is designed to provide advanced hands-on training in psychological assessment, diagnosis, and psychotherapy.

The programme focuses on developing clinical skills, psychotherapeutic techniques, and research competencies required to work with individuals experiencing mental health disorders.

Eligibility

Admission Requirements

Who Can Apply?

Candidates with a 3-year Bachelor's degree in Psychology are eligible if they have completed a 4th year Bridge Course in Psychology, equivalent to the 4th year of Psychology.

Alternatively, candidates who have completed the first year of a Master's programme in Psychology with a minimum of 55% marks may also apply.
